A "Balloons and Tunes" festival will be held in Rock Spring, Ga on September 18-20!The festival is the first of its kind in Walker County and will include 10 hot air balloons, live music each day and a light show on September 19. Short rides for visitors in the hot air balloons will be offered for $10 or $15. Come out and enjoy the sights and sounds the weekend of the 18-20. Check back for more updates about the festival!
